At Early Rider, we want to ensure your young rider is perfectly matched with their new bike. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bike

  Carefully disassemble the bike and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all tools and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our workshop inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
