What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in new, unused condition. Please retain the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process and avoid additional fees.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Early Rider frame and fork is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Components are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
